The Knowledge Foundation is being established as an international Swiss foundation based out of Lucerne, Switzerland
The Knowledge Foundation is responsible for the design, development, deployment and ongoing maintenance of the global Knowledge Token® system and related open international standards for blockchain technology in the field of education.
International in both scope and operations, the Knowledge Foundation is being registered as an official Swiss foundation based out of Lucerne, Switzerland. To fulfill its international charter the foundation will be comprised of employees, consultants, formal domain-specific boards of councilors (Knowledge Councils), and an informal body of external advisors.
To fulfill its global charter the Knowledge Foundation oversees and coordinates national and regional operational units that together form the foundation's distributed organizational structure.
